pumpkin   300g

soy sauce  1tbsp

sugar        1tbsp

mirin        1tbsp


1. cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces

2. pour a little bit of water into the pan

(wet the pan to preper burning)

3. put pumpkin into the pot,

and add enogh water to cover the pumpkin

4. put the lid on the pot,

and put on a hob on high heat

5. when it comes to the boil,

turn down to a low heat

6. stew the pumpkin until tender(about 10 min)
