Ingredients

yuzu juice   50~100cc

soy sauce   100cc

vineger       50cc

mirin          30cc

konbu        15cm

 

Method

1. Add ingredients except for yuzu juice into the sauce-pan

2. Put the pan on a hob on medium heat

3. when the sauce comes to the boil, turn off the heat

4. Cool it and add the yuzu juice

5. Keep refrigeated
