玉子焼きねぎ入り

 

Ingredients

2 eggs

a pinch of salt

spring onion 20g

a bit of ginger pickled in sweet vineger

 

recipe

crack  2 eggs into a bowl

add choped spring onion , ginger

and  a pinch of salt

beat  well

put oil in a heated frying pan

pour quarter of the egg mixture into the fryingpan

stir it, move it  one side of the pan

and pour a half of the remaining egg mixture into the fryingpan

roll egg up using chopsticks

pour the rest of egg mixture into the frying pan

roll egg up using chopsticks
